Unable to record desktop preview in XD

My Record Button in prototype Preview isnt working, not sure if it ever did, was wondering if anybody else has this issue?

Hi Moshem, sorry to hear that you're unable to record prototype on your machine. If you are using a MacOS 10.15, please try the steps mentioned here (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/xd/kb/enable-recording-catalina.html).

If the problem persists, please share the version of XD and OS build. We'll be happy to take it further.

Recording ability is not working.
The top right button to record start blinking as usual, but the time stays still, so the recording didn't star.

Please help!

Edited. I just found the solution here. The issue is related to MacOS Catalina.
