Crashed on my After Effects when I try to open it

Hello, I tried after effect beta version and I can open it. 

I already removed my preferences, uninstall and re-install. But still not working. 

Hi @tik_5366 , sorry to hear you're crashing. A few questions:

1. Is the email address you use for this forum account the same one you use for your Creative Cloud account? I see that you submitted a crash report, but nothing is showing up under the email you're using for this account. If you use a different email, could you please DM it to me?
2. Have you tried reinstalling After Effects? When uninstalling, choose the option to remove your preferences.
3. As a test, are you able to install and launch the AE Public Beta from the Creative Cloud app? This is a separate version of AE that gets installed from the "release" version. If reinstalling the release version of AE doesn't work, but the public beta does, this will give us a little more information.

So the problem is when I tried to open the After Effect, the problem happened like the picture I sent.

The after effect version number is the latest one

My os is windows
