Screen flickering

1. My screen keeps flickering every time I like move my mouse and when I preview my edit it flickers like 10 times more and faster, I'm about to have a stroke over here, please help. It's a very uncomfortable bug or whatever it is, I attached 3 videos to this post so you guys can really see how annoying it is.
