The Add arrow disappears if I double-click the attribute directly from the Properties panel in 23.4

If I expand the shape layer on the timeline, you can see the Add arrow.
However, if you double-click on the properties panel to expand the layer, there will be no Add arrow.
The Add arrow will not appear until the layer is re-expanded on the timeline.
