애프터 이펙트 실행 불가 문제 (AfterFX Crash Error)

실행하면 응답없음 되면서

바탕화면에 AfterFX_날짜_사용자.crash 파일이

계속해서 생성되며 결론적으로 실행이 되지 않음

재설치, 기존데이터 삭제 모두 안됨

Without any system info and the actual excerpts from the crash logs we can't tell you anything. Most people around here just don't do Korean, anyway, so screenshots in a foreign language are not that useful, unfortunately.
