AE 2024.6.2 Crashes on launch

I get this error when launching AE: 

After Effects error: Crash in progress. Last logged message was: <24820> <DynamicLink> <5> Increase wait time to 2

The program previously worked just yesterday but today I can't even open it. The application crashes before I even have an option to "Reset Preferences" or "Start in Safe Mode." I have uninstalled and re-installed, restarted computer, and updated GPU drivers, but to no avail. Also updated all other Adobe apps, including the CC app. Tried running previous version of AE (23.6.9) and it doesn't work either.
Trying to upload the crash report but this site doesn't support the file format that AE generates, kind of ironic... uploaded a screenshot of what I could, and can provide it if needed for further investigation.
PC specs:

OS Windows 10
Processor	Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5960X CPU @ 3.00GHz   3.00 GHz
Installed RAM	64.0 GB (63.9 GB usable)
System type	64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
GPU NVIDIA RTX2080Ti

Thanks for all that info. The crash dump and log confirm this is due to the Wacom driver crashing during startup. Please try uninstalling it or upgrading to a newer version and see if that resolves the startup issue.

    Thanks. There is one indication in the crash dump of the Wacom drivers but unclear if it's the cause. The crash dump seems to be missing the actual crashing call stack unfortunately. 

     

    Let's see if we can get a log file:

     

    Create an empty text file at C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\After Effects\23.6\logs (assuming you're still using 23.6.9) called After Effects Log.txt

     

    Start AE 23.6.9

     

    After the crash occurs, go back to that folder and paste the contents of that file back here.

    At the moment I do not (nor have I for several months), but I have in the past, so the software and drivers are there.

    Are you able to upload the crash dmp file to google drive or dropbox or somewhere else I can download it from?
