AE crashes meditate after lunch

Hi!
When i open up the After Effects v18.4.6 (fresh installation) with the shortcut or Adobe Creative Cloud or AfterFX.exe. I get 2 error messages.

Then the program freezes.The error log is empty. If i open an existing project file, the program works perfectly. The error log is empty.

I tried reinstalling AE. Tried other 2021 release AE. I tried to replace the driver. The end result is always the same.

The 2022 version does not show this error but i need the 2021 version because the plugins that i need for work do not work with the 2022 version.
Is there a solution to fix this bug?
