Hi there, hoping someone can help me with this.

Whenever I try to open After Effects, I am prompted with the following pop-ups, before the application crashes.

" After Effects can't continue: sorry, After Effects has crashed. For After Effects Help and Support, go to http://www.adobe.com/go/learn_ae_support. If you still can't resolve the issue, please contact Adobe Technical Support (2). ( 0 :: 42 ) "

System specs:
After Effects version 24.5
Windows 10
CPU: 12th Gen intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700 (20 CPUs), 2.1GHz
GPU: Nvidia Gefore RTX 3060
Ram: 32GB
3 Hard Drives - 1TB, 4TB, 500GB,250GB (500GB one used for media cache & has 417GB free space)

I have tried updating to the latest version, back-dating to an earlier version, and a fresh re-install of After Effects, none have worked.

If anyone has any ideas on how to solve this it would be greatly appreciated! Also let me know if more information is required about the system / pop-ups etc. I would also put my AE preferences here, but I cannot open the menu as AE crashes before I can.

Thanks in advance!

Sorry to hear about the crash. Please try the following suggestions:

1. Try the steps in the following article: https://adobe.ly/3SIM4f7

2. Make sure your GPU driver is updated to the latest.

3. Disable if there is any antivirus is installed and test.

Let us know the outcome.

Thanks,
Nishu

There is currently a conflict with the Beta applications. If the software crashes at startup, it is recommended to uninstall all Beta versions.
