After effects CC 2019 16.1.3 start error

I am using the latest version of after effects.
I am a student. I'm paying for the student version.
When running the program from a month ago, the same error appears as the above picture.
I don’t' know the reason.
I tried most of the methods on the Internet, but it didn't work.
I kept updating to the latest version because I thought it was because of the Windows update. After the update, I felt like it was going to work. However, the same error occurred today, even though it was the latest version of Windows.
I have to do my homework. It's due by Friday. I am not an English speaker, but I am writing here even while I am using Google Translator. I feel like I'm not getting that much value when I'm paying. I'm very angry. I want to swear. Do you want to try bad language in Korean? Save me, Adobe.

  • When do you get this error message?
  • Have you sent the crash log to Adobe?
