When I open after effect that send me that and I can't open it, somebody can help me please?

Without any system information and at least the general crash infor from your system's event viewer we can't really tell you anything.

• What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)?
• What's the exact version of After Effects you're using?
• Do you see any crash report?

Oh sorry, i am on windows 10, I have a huawei matebook13 intel core i7 10th gen, 16 go RAM, with NVIDIA Geforce.

What's the last loading module on the After Effects splash screen right before it crashes?
