after effects not working

after effects and premiere pro show this type of interface when opening what is the reason of this i updated nividia drivers and windows updated i have ryzen 7 4800h so why it is not working

I've seen this before, but cannot remember what the fix is, but I google imaged searched for similar and found this post being suggested:

Updating your Nvidia driver/Windows might have caused this. Try downgrading your Nvidia driver first. Make sure you remove the current driver properly, restart the system, and then install the previous version. Nvidia drivers can be found here.

 

Give that a shot and report back.
