Any way to get True Comp Duplicator to not leave all folders expanded??

Is there a way to duplicate a comp using True Comp Duplicator and not have all folders in the project open and expanded when it's done?

I don't think so. This comes down to how the script combs through the project and to my knowledge there's no way to check the elided/ exposed state in the project window, only in the timeline.
