asked to create unknown property of type

So i got some presets, it is a glitch preset and I tried adding it to my adjustment layer and it gives me this error and I don't know what this means..or what to do about it so if anyone knows how/if u can fix this please let me know 😄 I googled already to see if others had this problem and the only similar ones are pseudo errors but I don't think these are the same errors.

You're halfway there already. Yes, it likely refers to a pseudo-effect that you are supposed to either manually create or by applying another preset beforehand. Everything else we cannot know without a link to where you got the preset from, but I would suggest you start by re-reading their guidance/ re-watching the tutorial or whatever.
