We're here to help.

What is "my alert"?
If you need to render a video with transparent background you have two choices that don't require much work and one that does. The easy options are to use the Lossless with Alpha Preset in the Output Module in the Render Queue or to use the Adobe Media Encoder and pick one of the Presets that support Alpha Channels from the Movie, Quick Time, or one of the other formats that support alphas. If the preset does not say "with alpha" it does not support transparency. NO delivery format like the standard H.264 MP4 supports alpha channels and NO standard media players support alpha channels. None of them. If you want transparency you have to use an app that supports it.
The long-term solution for the best results considering your workflow is to spend some time studying video formats and compression and create your own presets.
EDIT: You replied while I was answering. Media players in web pages do not support transparency. You need to render an animated gif, limit your effects and source files to vector layers and use BodyMovin (look it up) to export for HTML. The best option by a mile for creating that kind of web graphic is Adobe Animate. That's what it was designed for. Trying to force After Effects to create code-based animation is a little like driving nails with a screwdriver. You might get the job done eventually, but it would be a lot easier if you used the right tools.

"my alert" is a file that was auto created and now holds the alert the same as "subscriber alert" - if i delete either of them everything goes...
i've tried doing the lossless with alpha preset which didn't work and i've tried going via. the encoder - i've watched several videos with several suggestions and nothing has worked, so if there's any in particular you could guide me to then it would be appreciated
but i've used this programme for a while and have never had this issue, hence my confusion around this one (:
