Can I uninstall the Maxon Cinema 4D app?

I have After Effects and Premier Pro and I dont know which app installed this other app but when I look in the apps list in setting, they are showing an app which I never installed. I was confused and then I searched for this but I only found complicated answers which still didnt clear my doubt in my 12 year old mind , So I wanted to know if I can unistall Maxon app and still run Premier Pro or After Effects smoothly?
And just incase if you wanted to know, I didnt install it from the original website because I dont have the money to buy it so I installed a free one but I dont think that will be a problem since others are having the problem and they probably installed it the right way.

This is another doubt but pls try answering this
I only installed Premier Pro and After Effects 1-2 days before and I didnt have any adobe app that I knew about untill and unless they had other apps in my device but I was wondering that if I didnt have any other adobe app (like flash is dead, premiere pro and after effects and i only know this much cause this is the common ones) can i deletecreative cloud and all the stuff that is remaining of adobe?

And also how do you fully delete a app from your device, and i mean fully , not even a single item of it shouldnt be there?
So pls solve any of my doubt or if possible , pls solve all my doubt
