Dynamic link not working to send After Effects project with Element 3D to Media Encoder.

I created a 3D scene in Video Copilot's Element 3D with one camera, no lights. It's a pretty simple composition aside from the 3D part. But when I try to send to Media Encoder, the program opens but nothing ever happens no matter how long I wait. And if I try to open the project file from Media Encoder, it tries to connect but never does. I feel like I might just need to reinstall as both programs are up to date. Not sure what to try. Any suggestions?

These issues are al lover the place and not specific to your setup. If you haven't already, at least install the latest patch update for AE. It may not fix your issue, though, so for the tiem being render directly from AE and then convert your image sequence/ clip in a second pass in AME.

    What @Mylenium says. There is a patcher for issues between Ae and AME:

      Thanks guys. Had a feeling it was a bug of some sort. I'll try the patch and if not, work around it until there's an update.

      Did you try the new version of After Effects (22.1.1) and Media Encoder and see if you were able to export the project?
