New Ae Tutorial: Animating a Christmas Card in Ae: Part 1 - Snow Particles with Expressions & Shapes

Dec 02, 2021 Dec 02, 2021

In this tutorial series we animate a beautiful winter scene in Adobe After Effects. The design is based on a free vector graphics which is available here.

Learn how toc create your own customized, animated Christmas cards with the help of our extensions Squash & Stretch Pro and iExpressions.

In episode 1 I show you a procedural approach to create snow in Adobe After Effects - just using shape layers and expressions. The expressions generate snow particles, whose speed is driven by their size. That way, we create show flakes on a single shape layer and animate.

The tutorial uses our extension iExpressions. Only until tomorrow (Friday) you can get a 25% discount on iExpressions, if you use the coupon code CYBER.
