Problems with after effects

So lately I have a problem with after effects. When I open a old project or make a new one, I can't see anything i have placed or place. Also when I move some of the side panels like the layer panel it glitches. I dont really know what to do and I need this program for school.

    Thanks for posting that screenshot. What graphics card does your laptop have, and are you able to update to the latest driver?

    I have the latest vesion 25.1 and I have a windows laptop.

    Sorry to hear you're having issues. Can you please let us know which specific version of After Effects you're running and on what OS? Also, can you please post some screenshots or screen recordings showing panels glitching? If your machine has a dedicated GPU, have you also tried updating to the latest driver?
