Searching for the TrapCode effect in After Effects 15.1.2

Ok, it works, but I have an another question. In the Tutorial video it's shown the Trapcode menu but in my Effect list I haven't this option.

That is a plugin for After Effects?

    After Effects is almost impossible to learn by just searching for some tutorials on YouTube. You have to know the basics.
