[Help] After Effect 2020 crash when opening Preferences

I tried

  • Reinstall AE CC2020 (17.5.1)
  • Install older version (17.1)
  • Reinstall Adobe CC
  • Delete Preference Folder from AppData
  • Clear Sync Preferences
  • Pressing CTRL + ALT + Shift before opening AE

And none of them seem to work.

Any help guys ? I'm doomed

Sorry for your issue.

What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)? Did you install any third-party plug-ins? Also, please check if After Effects is generating any crash report.
