Animate constantly slow and not responding

I honestly don't get why it is so slow. I already checked and I meet the system requirements. It can climb the ram usage to at least 71% which shoun't be that bad. I need help with improving Adobe Animate's performance. I have no idea how.

I am starting to notice Animate is getting gradually slower and I can barely even open it now. I am not sure if "match FPS" even did a thing anymore.
