Export session not saving files.

Hi there,

I am using Audition v25.3.0.71 and Mac 14.2.1.

In earlier versions, I was able to use Export --> Session… to create a copy of my multi-track session and with "Save copies of associated files" checked, I was able to copy just the used clips into a new "copied" folder. I liked this a lot 'cause it got rid of any extraneous files that might have been in the "Imported" folder.

Ever since v25 hit, any attempt to use this option results in no files being saved at all in the destination folder. No copy of the session. No copied folders.

I know I can do something similar with "Save As," but it appears that not all files get saved into the resulting folder, so I have to manually add the missing files. I'm also not sure if this gets rid of the extraneous files.

In any case, has this happened to anyone else and does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you.

I find the Export Session very helpful, too.

I just tried it on Mac Sequoia 15.7 (24G222) and Audition 25.3.0.71 and it worked perfectly.

I do recall having it not work a few years ago with a version of Audition. I wonder if it has something to do with the makeup of the SESX file?

I tested with a few of the same (my weekly radio show):

120 minutes long, 5 tracks (plus Master), 44.1 kHz, stereo, saved direclty to my local SSD (not a cloud drive or removable).

Hmmm. Maybe I'll try upgrading to Sequoia after I finish my current project.
