AUDITION CRASHS EVERY SESSION I TRY OPENNING, AND NO WAY!

I need help. please!

I work in a Macbook Pro and use Premiere (that works great!) and Audition.

I create a multi tack session, load files and begin working. 
I do my job normally, including render a mixed track.

But, after close the session, I never can reopen it. When I try so, the session opens apparently normal, but after 3 seconds, or when mouse moves, the colored circle begins to spin, and spin... and nothing happens anymore. No matter the session, it happens the same way.
I reinstalled Audition three times, and tried older versions, but, no way.
