I am using an audient ID14 mixer with audition. I set it up in audio hardware as Audient Audio USB ASIO Driver. I can see my levels when I speak into the microphone but when I press record it is not recording anything. Is there something else I need to set up too?

assuming you are recording into Audition via your hardware using a mono mic (plugged into the connector on the rear of the hardware marked mic 1), you should select Mono > [01M] Analogue 1.
by the way - your track "Voice Over" is a stereo track, so if you are recording in on a mono mic then you might aswell create a new mono track for the recording (Multitrack > Track > Add Mono Audio Track)
If you're recording in stereo (i.e. plugged into both your inputs 1 & 2) go ahead with the input [01S] A

If you are recording in Multitrack, then you may need to assign the correct input on the Audient to the track you're recording. The image I have is from an internal device, but what you are looking for is the same, only with your Audient input selected:

I don't see the option for my mixer when I do that. Here is what I see. Do I use Analogue 1?

I followed your instructions and can still see the levels but it is not recording. What else am I missing? Here is another screenshot to help

As the 'record' icon on the track has a blue outline, I'd say that the only reason that it's not recording is because... you haven't clicked on the transport 'record' button!
