I select the background noise, click on multitrack, and comeback, capture noise print is available but it sounds slightly different. if I play the selected portion it's greyed out again.
I have tried copy-paste to increase the selected area. sometimes it works sometimes it does not. I am so frustrated I can never access the noise print option.
Kindly help me with this issue. (adobe adution 2022)
Thank you!!

Noise reduction is designed specifically to work with single files, so you won't get a valid noise print from anywhere in Multitrack view. So what exactly are you trying to achieve here?

This worked perfectly. I don't know why. But it did.

I found the video that garyseven77 mentioned also. It really bugged me as to why that works. So I dug deeper and discovered (at least for me) the reason that method works is because it stops the playhead in he waveform playback when you click on the multitrack. So I tried just stopping the preview playback in Waveform and the "Capture Noise Print" option becomes un-greyed out. So you don't actua;;y have to switch views. Just hit the pause or stop playback button and you should be able to Capture the Noise Print.
