Convert mp3 file from 320kbps to 128kbps - how??

I need to knock down some mp3 kbps rates from 320 to 128 - can't figure out how to do it.  "Convert Sample Type" doesn't apply here.   Using a Windows 10 64-bit system with Adobe cs6.

    Hi Derek,

    Have you tried going to File menu>Export>File, set format as MP3, click change button next to format settings and setting the desired bitrate?
