Effects batch processing only applies to part of longer tracks

I'm running a Batch Process on a bunch of tracks with a recorded Favorites effects combo. It's working absolutely perfectly... with the exception that it's only applying partially to longer tracks.
 
It seems like if I have two tracks, one is 10 sec long and the other 1 min long, the effect is only being applied to 10 sec worth of the 1 min track.
 
Does anyone know how to fix this very strange and frustrating issue?

The first thing we'd need to see is all of the details of your favorite, because that's the most likely place this is failing. If you drag the display of it out sideways, you can display all of the parameters, and it's remarkably easy to think that you've set it up correctly...

Thank you for your reply, Steve! I ended up doing just that and you are correct. It was in the Favorite's settings. Selection was set to "Absolute from Start". Changing it to "Relative" fixed it. I'm not sure why it defaulted to that since literally every other existing Favorite is set to "Relative". I was sure happy to get that solved, though!
