Help! Removing static pulsing buzz.

Hello there!
I've been using a new camera, and to my surprise the external microphone picks up an internal 'pulsating' buzz. It buzzes on each second.
I've been trying to remove it in Audition - noise prints, plugins, DeEsser... no luck.
I can see where the buzz occurs - it's quite difficult to see. (images attached!)
Can anyone here advise? I'd really appreciate it!
