How to Remove “Ummms“ and “Ahh“ Real Quick

Hello everyone! So, I am editing several podcasts. I have raw audio files and the guest has many “ahh´s" in the conversation. The length of the audio file is almost 30minutes and I have been doing it manually. Is there any way to save some time and just capture the “aaahh“ and automatically remove the same in the entire audio file?

Disclaimer: the background removal doesn´t work since it is taking the voice, the moment I apply it to the entire audio, it messes up their voice. Please help guys thank you so much!!!

Unfortunately, no two 'ahh's sound identical, so you are pretty much forced to do this manually, I'm afraid. Two things to note: the first is that after a while you get pretty quick at it... the second is to beware of removing too many of them, as the results can easily degenerate into something that sounds remarkably unnatural, the same as it does when you remove all the breaths at the start of sentences.
