How to synchronize audio in Audition the same way in syncing audio using premiere?

Hi, I am new in using Audition. Can you help me with this?

Automatic speech syncing is not what I actually need as of the moment since I'll be needing to sync audio clips for a podcast. I am looking for a way same with how I sync audios in premiere. Thanks guys.
