My "Record" function is disabled

Hi Guys,

   I recently had to disconnect everything to do a mobile recording project.  I ran into some problems that I eventually figured out, but when I set everything back up here in my studio, my "Record" function on the individual channels is now greyed out - unusable.  I'm thinking some setting got changed, but I can't for the life of me find anything that seems to relate to the channel functions.
