Question

No input from audio interface (Roland Tri-Capture)

I can record sound via Tri-Capture in QuickTime so the setup is fine. In Audition there's no input signal at all. The microphone access is granted to Audition in the Mojave System Preference.  Anyone has any idea as for why this is failing...?

I can record sound via Audacity (and QuickTime) no problem. There's something wrong with Audition hardware interface. No one else in this Universe using Roland hardware with Audition on Mac...?

The information we have about this apparently relates to Mojave 10.14.1, and appears to be specifically about security settings - see this FAQ: Have you updated your Mac to Mojave 10.14.1? Do you have no audio in now?

Apologies if you've done this already - please let us know, and we'll attempt to find a Mac user to help...

Thank you for the info Steve. The security setting is applied correctly (please see the screenshot). Any other ideas...?

Firstly I have to ask you whether this has ever worked, or are we talking about a new installation? And also, how are you set up to record in Audition? Multitrack or Waveform view? I'm only asking because it's still possible that this is an Audition setup issue, and not Mojave.
