What is PaulStretch? Do you have a link to it? We can't really help if we don't know what it is or where you are trying to download it from.

I'm presuming that it's this: Paul's Extreme Sound Stretch

This is a standalone app, and won't run in conjunction with Audition at all - so it's not our problem as far as I can tell. You download it from here as a .zip file and unpack it, presumably before running an exe, or whatever: https://sourceforge.net/projects/hypermammut/files/paulstretch/

Yes, correct assumption. And an answer as I suspected. I wonder if there is anything else like it. It works great for back vocals...ahhhs, etc.
