Re-editing audio from scratch

I work with broadcast television, and it often happens that the producers will make changes in video and audio, in the (almost) finished product.

I don´t want to make the sound all over again just because there are changes in premiere edditing along the way ..

I'm not very experienced in audition yet, hope you understand my question?

Well, it depends on what sort of changes they're making.  If it's something simple, you maybe able to use the Edit Clip function to just change one clip in Audition.

Or, for other types of changes, it is often possible to make small changes to a final mixdown of the "final version".

Or (and I favour this solution) you educate the producers that each major change after you think you're finished will cost a bottle of good single malt whisky.
