Tech support doesn't know how to import Audition presets

I've made 4 calls in 40 minutes to tech support. Zero help.

No one workign there knows how to import a preset file.
I'm trying to transfer presets from old Mac to new.
They tell me they have to look it up and read how to do it, but then tell me they have to " escalate the call" and tell me I'll get a call back " between 24 and 48 hours". The overseas audio was horrible, with an echo on top of that bad quality.

This is the worst tech support I've ever seen.
I can't find the solution in google.

To isolate one thing only to transfer and add to an existing installation isn't actually that easy - it requires some .xml editing, which is why support isn't really up to it. But what does work reasonably well is to copy the entire Preferences file and replace the vanilla one in your new installation with it. This will transfer all the settings. The location of the Preferences file on a Mac appears to be /Users/{username}/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Audition/{version no}/ (I don't have a Mac so I can't confirm this) and by default it is a hidden location, so apparently you have to  click on Go in the Finder menu whilst holding down the Alt/Option key. Library should appear in the list.
