Ah yes. You are probably correct. I now remember that v.12 is Windows 10 only I'm afraid. Unfortunately you will need to upgrade your Windows O.S. if you want to go any further with Audition and, I suspect, any other Adobe software.

Is your Creative Cloud app fully up to date?  The latest version is 4.8.1.435, as shown under Preferences>General.

I notice you are showing the window "Audition  Other Versions".  What is shown on the window behind that one?

This is what (part of) mine shows:

The answer to this is that Adobe have changed their policy about what is available - it's not you, this is across the board. There is a blog article about this here: Changes to Creative Cloud Download Availability | Adobe Blog

If you dig around, you'll find more information about this, but we're not commenting on it here.

Thanks SteveG(AudioMasters), but 2019 versions should still be listed since the information you mention only affects old versions, right?

emmrecs Here is the screenshot (the version isn't shown on my side for Audition):

The app will only show the versions if you have more than one installed and open the drop down showing which ones are installed. Otherwise it will just say Audition CC, which is the latest version that you are using, in the same way that your image shows Premiere Pro CC.

Franck Dernoncourt

That version is most definitely not the latest!  Latest is 12.1. 0.182.

emmrecs That's correct, this is why I don't understand why the Creative Cloud program doesn't propose me to update to Audition 12.x. Any idea? Maybe Microsoft Windows 10 only? (I have my Windows 7 SP1 x64 Ultimate)

Thanks ryclark!  If that's the case,  Creative Cloud developers should add a warning as they do for some other Adobe programs, e.g.:

Otherwise users miss updates and/or have no clue, like myself, why they couldn't access more recent versions.

I'll accept your answer once confirmed it is due to Audition being Microsoft Windows 10 only.

Confirmed.  Audition System requirements : Microsoft® Windows 10 (64 bit) version 1703 or higher.

@ Creative Cloud developers:  please add a warning in the Creative Cloud program that Audition 12 requires Windows 10 ( instead of not listing Aution 12). See https://jira.corp.adobe.com/browse/THOR-4191810?filter=-2
