How to fix in and out audio from Skype interview

I did a podcast interview via Skype. The audio unfortunately went in and out at times during the interview. Though it is very clear when you do hear the audio. I've transferred the audio to Audition where the problem remains. Is there any way to save this audio? I'm new to the podcasting and using Audition so any adivce helps!
