Import/Export a Premiere Pro Sequence

Hi, I have imported a sequence from Premiere Pro, as demonstrated here. This is not a Dynamic Link, it's a new feature in Audition 11.1 that works with Premiere 12.1:

https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/audition/using/creating-opening-files.html#sequence_from_premiere_pro

It imports successfully, showing all the keyframes and editable, but it only allows me to save it as .sesx file. Does this mean that it's not possible to export the keyframe changes back to premiere?

Thanks

Yes you can only Save Audition sessions as .sesx. But if you go to the File menu Export should give you the correct option to Export to Adobe Premiere Pro which is what you need to get the Multitrack audio back into Premiere.
