Is language change available trial

Dear Community,

I am chinese living in france and I am following lessons in chinese using audacity. It would be easier for me to get the trial in chinese.

I tried to change the language of Audacity through Creative cloud desktop / preferences/application/language. I set Chinese. Uninstall audition, reinstall it (trial again) but it is always in French.

Anyone can help please ?
