Hey all,
I have been experiencing constant crashes after updating my drivers to the latest version (Nvidia Graphics Driver vers 528.02; 3060ti). Bridge was running at the time. I also switched back from software acceleration to hardware acceleration.
Thanks for any help!!!

I'll help you figure this out.
First, try to reset Adobe Bridge:
If this does not help, try this on Windows: GPU info & Logs location is %APPDATA%\Adobe\CameraRaw. A shortcut to get to this folder on Windows is:
Let me know if this helps. Thanks!

Hi Sameer,
Unfortunately, neither option fixed the problem. I did also notice that when I tried to reset Bridge I only got 2 options compared to the three you said I would get:
Thanks!

Same issue with me after a update to latest Nvidia driver for 2060 Super. Before that app kept working quiet smooth even a basic 1060 3gb card

There is a new driver, 528.24 which gets round the problem.

A bit of a mystery then!
I experienced constant crashes withe 528.02 but no issues with 528.24. (My GPU is Quadro RTX 4000.)

Still getting similar crashes unfortunately even with the latest GForce RTX Studio driver version 528.24 (out January 24):

The problem still exists even with the latest v528.24 drivers with Bridge 13.02, however the crash isn't instant, but occurs after going through a lot of fullscreen previews.
With v528.24:
Go to a folder -> select an image -> fullscreen -> hold right arrow and browser really fast, or just next image really fast manually, and/or open close fullscreen a lot and browser a folder of images.
Eventually it crashes. (Tested with many different image formats & RAWs).
**I do not have this crash with NVIDIA driver v527.56**
Windows 11 Pro
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080
NVIDIA v528.24
AMD Ryzen 9 7950X
RAM: 32 GB

Having the exact same problem! I just recently switched to a 3060 Ti and figured i should update the drivers along with it, but now whenever i try to rate a file(cr3 files) it freezes and then crashes. Bridge has also suddenly loads things weirdly.
Hoping this will be fixed quickly as i use Bridge in my work.

I haven't tried switching drivers yet but for now, I have just been using an older version of bridge and it's working just fine. I'll probably try out the driver fix later...

I had the same problem. After about 30 crash report submissions to Adobe, someone from the Bridge team emailed me that NVIDIA 528.02 was the problem. He suggested downgrading the NVIDIA driver. By that time, I had already downgraded Bridge to the 2022 version and was having no problems.
I did a CLEAN reinstall of the NVIDIA 528.02 driver, upgraded Bridge back to the latest, and have no problems since - even after upgrading to NVIDIA 528.24. I don't know whether downgrading Bridge first helped, or doing a CLEAN reinstall of the NVIDIA driver helped (or both), but I haven't had any issues since.
