Bridge not showing all files from subfolders (most but not all)

I have a SharePoint folder synced to my OneDrive that has graphics stored in folders numerically (i.e. 001 Graphic Title, 002 Graphic title etc). I want to view all the graphics here visually, so I went to the folder, selected "Show items from subfolders" and waited for it to find everything.

Having done this, I see that it's not actually showing all files. The list of graphics starts from 003, so the contents of folders 001 and 002 aren't shown. If I double click into these folders, Bridge will show me the files in there.

What's going on here?
