How to download an older version (2022) of Bridge?

Bridge 2023 has been a disaster for me, I need to go back to the 2022 release so I can get some work done. I've read I can do that from my products page, but it says I have no products, and it wants serial numbers to register them. I have the creative cloud photography plan, which as far as I know has no serial numbers.

Does anyone know how to downgrade Bridge to an older version?

Go to the ACC application.

Select the All Apps tab

Find Bridge

On the far right, you'll see an ellipse, click on that

Select Other Versions.

Hello,

See if the screenshot helps

clicking on the ellipses on the right, gives you a menu where you can find the other versions

as for the preferences, be sure to scroll down to the end.

Thanks for your advice and screenshots.  Clicking on the ellipses on the right only gives me options to: manage plug-ins, learn more or uninstall. In my preferences pane there is nothing below the 'default install language'. Really weird.  Adobe CC version 5.9.0.373 running on a Mac with Ventura 13.1 OS

NOT the website. This DOES NOT work on the website, there has been a lot of confusion there. You must use the Adobe CC App on your computer.

I am using the App on Windows, could it be that it's located elsewhere on a Mac?
I tried the help files, and their screenshot clearly shows a "setting" option, but I suspect their sall screenshot is from Windows.
I don't know if @Lumigraphics has a Windows or Mac, so I will try to find a proper screenshot in the meantime.

I couldn't find a satisfactory screenshot, but I did find that that function is disabled if you're using an enterprise version, and are not the admin

Thanks for looking. Not sure if I am using an enterprise version but am certainly the admin on this machine 🙂

This is all to be someting that is in the 'too hard' tray so please don't waste any more time on my behalf and I will struggle on with BR 2023 whilst looking for an althernative DAM app. Cheers

I hope someone will be able to post a screenshot from a Mac machine and confirm if the preferences are located at the same place on there.

Hi @Imaginerie, that's the rub; they are exactly in the same place and work the same way. For reasons that no one has presented, on some machines, they show up, and on others, they do not.

It should NOT make a difference if you have a full Adobe account (InDesign, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, etc.), or if you just have a Photoshop Plan, it should be the same. The catch is that exeptions are coming up for both options.

I use Windows 10 Pro, macOS Ventura, and Monterey. Auto-update is turned off, and I'm a local admin for all the computers I use (3 Windows machines and 2 Macs.)
