Hi, David, Seth,

I am having the same problem after the latest update to Adobe Bridge 2019 (Windows 10). I know 'CTRL ALT C' works, put 'CTRL ALT V' doesn't.

To apply the copied settings now I need to right click on the image, go to 'Develop' > 'Paste Settings'. Which is very cumbersome and costs me a lot of time.

Resetting the preferences didn't work for me neither.  Nor did uninstalling and reinstalling Bridge (I used the latest AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool for uninstalling).

I desperately look for a solution that works.

Yup.  Me too.  Though, mine Control alt C actually DOES copy.  Just Control Alt V doesn't paste.
