I have to quit out of InDesign and reopen. The library will work for a little while and then stop working again. Can't select anything, can't scroll, can't drag items to my workboard. This only started happening when I upgraded InDesign yesterday.
This answer does not help. My apps do not freeze at launch. My CC libraries freeze in InDesign and I have to relaunch the app in order to get it to unfreeze only for it to freeze again.
I am having the same issue for the past month or so. IT here have been trying to figure it out for the past 2 days. Nothing fixes the problem. Really annoying.

Does Adobe test any of their product before sending them out? Or are we the testers... then, it takes forever to get fixed. I have so many annoying bugs I have to contantly work around.
1. Like this person says, my Libraires only work when I reboot InDesign 2. When I have photoshop open, then i click the artboard, to moves photshop behind all my other open windows, even if it's selected.
I got more, but right now, i would like those to just get fixed..... PLEASE! Someday!
