We are sorry that you are having an issue with Libraries. To help us track down the issue it would be great if you could provide some information:
1. What OS are you using? 2. What application are you having the issue in? 3. What version of the application and is it up to date? 4. What version of Creative Cloud is installed and is it up to date? 5. Could you collect the logs off of your system and upload them so engineers could take a closer look? 6. If you do upload the logs, please take note of the filename and post it here.
