Same for me on the latest version - only fix is to quit InDesign, it will work for a while then break again. The menu is also 'stretchy' and unclickable.

I have had this since Tuesday with both Illustrator and Indesign. When I click on the Libraries tab it is blank. My coworker also had that, so she restarted, but that did not work for me. I have uninstalled Illustrator and then reinstalled it, still nothing.

I, too, am dealing with this problem. I was planning to update my software to the latest version of mac OS, but based on all these comments, it seems that the issue is with InDesign. Literally the same symptoms as everyone else. Stretchy library, unable to scroll the library panel, but surprisingly if i want to drop in an asset that happens to be showing, it does drag and drop as long as it's the same application that created the asset (in my case, Indd). But equally surprisingly, the asset that appears is a completely different asset from a completely different libray. It seems like the view panel is not reflecting an accurate navigation. So perhaps that helps debug!

Same here. This is such a pain point that started after the new update. It does the same in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. What is going on Adobe??
