Library is often broken and doesn't work.

the library is often broken in illustrator and indesign. Assets are not clickable (using my CC on Apple Macbook Pro M3 with all recent updates)

Hello,
We are sorry that you are having an issue with Libraries. To help us track down the issue it would be great if you could provide some information:
1. What OS are you using?
2. What application are you having the issue in?
3. What version of the application and is it up to date?
4. What version of Creative Cloud is installed and is it up to date?
5. Could you collect the logs off of your system and upload them so engineers could take a closer look?

I am using Adobe CC with Adobe Illustrator 2026 and Adode InDesign 2026 and I often find that my library has crashed. It works again when I restsart the program. It's really frustrating. I don't know what leads to it, I will use libraries occasonally, continue to work for hours without using libraries, go to use it again only to find that it's crashed while the rest of the program is running as normal

They're just going to keep giving you the runaround here. They know there is a problem with Libraries. It's been this way for a long time. The complaints are piling up. But don't forget... they added a new AI feature that nobody wants.

Hello,

Sorry for the frustration you are experiencing.
There are 40+ million customers who achieve millions of libraries accesses every day. We test our products and everything is working fine most of the time (99%+)
But no software is bug-free.
When a user reports an issue, we definitely need the logs because they contain all the information that would help us pinpoint the source of the problem.
Without them, and without even a test scenario, we cannot work on it.

Hi, I also have problems with libraries not updating in indesign, illustrator and photoshop when I add a picture or illustration i like from the webbrowser. I have to use chrome right now, because there is another error in safari with the campaign you are running about the unlimited download offer you have now. When I try to add to my library a window pops up letting me know that I already have a plan, but with no option to do anything but either exit or go to the offer. Very frustrating and slowing down working having to work around this.
