after updating Ae won't launch (tried to reinstall &  reboot)

here are the missing list in error messages:

Sorry about this issue. Another team in Adobe checked in some shared code that made an unexpected requirement on a debug version of a DLL. We have removed that dependency and build 40 which is pushing out to Beta over the next couple of hours will have this fixed.

Same here. Unfortunately, it ran fine yesterday, and now I have projects I can't open in previous versions. Btw those DLLs are there. I tried the following steps (none worked):
- Replacing mentioned DLLs in Ae Beta with DLLs from Ae 24.6
- Changing Support folder permissions From read-only
- Running  Ae with admin privileges
- Reinstalling Visual C++ Redistributable
