Hello,
After installing the latest update, I can't see or access the top part of the screen in Lightroom Mobile. I've tried to reset the app and restart my Macbook, but nothing helps. As you can see on the screenshot, the contrast dial is only partially visible. Everything above is missing, including the Development tab.

Any idea how to fix this?

If anyone is willing to share with us a copy of their preferences file before & after resetting them so we can try to spot which view is causing the problem, it would be greatly appreciated. Please do NOT post them here; just let us know if you're willing and we'll reach out to you privately. Thanks.

Lightroom Mobile does not run in a desktop environment. Is it possible you are using Lightroom Desktop?

Please go to Help>System Info… and provide us with your software's installed version number.

I just updated Lightroom on my Mac and I cannot scroll all the way up.

I reinstalled the app and restartde the computer, and still it does not work.

Did it happen to anyone?

What happens if you reset Lightroom's preferences?

This procedure works for both Lightroom Classic and Lightroom Desktop.

If you are using Lightroom Desktop, it can change your local storage location. Please review this setting after resetting preferences.

Reset Procedure:

1. Close Lightroom.

2. Hold down [Alt/Opt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom.

3. Overwrite the Preferences when prompted by the dialog.

4. Close Lightroom.

5. Restart Lightroom.

I can't see the top of any image unless I zoom out to 12% or smaller. I can't access the develop panel either. I've re-installed Lightroom, re-started the macbook, changed the screen resolution, hit CMD-F but all to no avail. The program is nearly useless now. OSX Sequoia 15.0.1

Doesn't matter if on external monitor or on the macbook native screen. Doesn't matter whether it's in full screen mode or not.

Hello - I've just installed Lightroom moments ago and am running into a visual issue that is driving me crazy before even beginning to learn the software (to edit photos from my recent safari on my honeymoon!!). Was hoping someone could help.

Simply the bottom of my screen is force hidden when a function from the right pane of the software is not selected. If the edit or similar function is selected then the full screen is visable. I've searched around at length and can't seem to find any solutions. As soon as i go into a detail view on a photo the bottom of my screen is hidden, yet i can still click icons in my toolbar that are hidden from view.

I am using a surface pro with windows 11 - thank you!

I've just reset my preference and the issue is now substantially worse - almost taking up half of the screen now on the home screen of the program.

When i open a photo i wanna edit 1/3 of the photo is pushed passed the search bar and only 2/3 of the photo can be seen. i can only see the full photo image when i zoom out 12%.  I also cant access the different tools on the side bar such as (Masking, erasem crop and etc) as it wont let me scroll up or down. This has been annoying since i updated my lightroom today.

@josh_0988 if you haven't already, could you try moving your preferences file and restarting to see if that helps? If it does, we'd like to get a copy of your old and new preference file. Let me know and I'll reach out to you privately with my email.

Mac:
The file is called: com.adobe.lightroomCC.plist and located at:
 /Users/yourusername/Library/Preferences

Then, follow this procedure to reset your preferences:

Reset Procedure:
1. Close Lightroom.
2. Hold down [Alt/Opt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom.
3. Overwrite the Preferences when prompted by the dialog.
4. Close Lightroom.
5. Restart Lightroom.

If it works, we would like to collect your old and new files.

Win:
The file is called Lightroom CC Preferences.agprefs and is located at:
C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom CC\Preferences\

Grab a copy of this file and save it some place safe.
