Generative Fill doesn't work

After the recent update, generative fill is not working to "remove" items as a prompt and It just gives an error message.

Today I tried to use generative fill . When I press enter it loads but it creates only an empty layer! Photoshop beta is updated to latest version and internet connection is just fine

Hi @KirkMPCC your post was moved here as it was of a different nature than the OP....

 

When did you first notice this, does this happen on all files or only one, do you get the same issue with Ps release version?

Al intentar colocar un objeto en una imagen con el relleno generativo me aparece una ventana en naranja en donde dice: "Hemos detectado un problemay no podemos completar su solicitud en este momento. Inténtelo de nuevo más tarde."

Ya he cerrado el programa, ya actualizé el programa y aun así me aparece el mismo error.

Hello Cory,

I apologize, it wanted me to make a new thread but that one was already active.

I updated today this morning and it still persists at this time.

If I do smaller areas it worked but in certain areas it failed, are there new guidelines about brands or logos in generated images?

The patch tool still works but clicking generative fill just gives the error message.
I also got a similar one trying to use Generative expand in premier beta but I haven't gone back in to see if it has been patched either.

When i use the generative fill it always pop-up error said we have encountered an issue cannot complete your work this time. try again,  but it is never works.

Me too all day. According to the Reddit sub it's happening to everyone but no response from Adobe yet. Workflow is stuck this sucks.

Hey everyone, there was an issue with the FireFly servers which caused this issue but it has been resolved.  Are any of you still seeing this issue?

Si, yo he probado a hacer relleno generativo tanto en Photoshop Beta y Photoshop 2025 y me sigue saliendo el mismo tipo de error "Hemos detectado un problema y no podemos completar su solicitud en este momento. Inténtelo de nuevo más tarde.". Los programas están perfectamente actualizados. Necesito generar una imagen y no hay manera.

@Jandrito we are not able to find your subscription info, are you sure you are logging in with a valid Adobe ID?  Please try again and let us know if you continue to have issues.

 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop beta System Info. Launch Photoshop beta, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
